  13. Rather than a cheap 20/21" monitor I would recommend a decent
  14. 17" monitor. A 17" monitor should be capable of at least 64KHz
  15. horisontal sync rate. (Flicker free display in 1024x768, but 60 Hz
  16. in 1280x1024. On a 17" the most suitable resolution is 1024x768.)
  17. A larger monitor should have 82KHz or greater hor. sync rate.
  18. Look for "Energy star" and MPRII/TCO92/TCO95 marks. I have a
  19. Tandberg ErgoScan 17C which have TCO95. It means that the monitor
  20. is low radiation and fulfills other ergonomy issues. I am very
  21. satisfied with it, although it was quite expensive. The best
  22. monitors I know of is from EIZO/NANAO.
